The apartment will be shared with mature working professional males who want a quiet place to live (bathroom and kitchen is shared).
Room is fully furnished with a Full bed, Closet, and 50 inch Smart TV. Pets are not permitted. Loud noise is not permitted. All utilities are included. There’s a $20 fee if you want to use an A/C in the summer months.
Criminal backgrod check is required ($40 fee), must provide proof of income, employment information, must commit to keeping the place clean. All roommates must contribute to keep the place clean by taking turns cleaning the kitchen, bathroom and other common areas, if you’re not willing to do that this place isn’t for you.
The house is a 4 minute walk to the 121 ST J train Station and 10 minutes from the E train Jamaica/Van Wyck, 10 minute walk to Jamaica Hospital.
1 month rent and 1 month security required to move in. No exceptions. The room is available immediately.
