Room in a two bedroom in exchange for a helping me with General house sitting and basic taking care of the place.

I almost never have guests over I basically just like to come home from work on the weekends Have fancy wine cheap food and go to bed. I’m from Virginia/Maryland. Quiet relaxation time is important, don’t play loud music and be thoughtful towards others by not using the phone late at night. Otherwise There really hasn’t been a need for “rules” here. Simply pick up after yourselves in the shared spaces. Nobody is going to freak out if you leave your breakfast dishes in the sink til dinner. If someone sees something that needs to be scrubbed, they scrub it. Always respectful of one another’s space and property.
