All within easy drive to Cornell, East Hill Plaza, and downtown Ithaca.

Tenant is responsible for snow removal (short driveway!) and all utilities. You will need the internet as cell service can be sketchy (it works with one of our lines but not another). Landlord will provide for yard/lawn maintenance. The large barn on the property is not for use/access by the tenants. Pets ok with additional deposit. Absolutely no smoking.
