Looking for a comfortable room in the vicinity of Broadway and 86th, anywhere close to the #1 Train. I live in Williamsburg with my wife who is dergoing rehab from a fall, and I need to be closer. for about a month. I am quiet, respectful and personable. No smoking environment required. Any fee negotiable. A studio would also work. No problem if there are kids or friendly dogs arod. My required dates are September 22nd to October 22.
