Char me 1125 a month in rent said his rent want 3200 a month – said he was a forex trader and got the apartment from a big forex trade – he lied – got the apartment from being in a shelter. His rent is 2200 – rent stabilized – goes on and tries to lie to me when I confront him

About it and says he’s actually paying 3200 but the building as you all can see is charging him 2200 a month. I got the rent receipt after the fact.
I pay him on time every month and he doesn’t pay the rent at all. I ask him

Image of payment and proceeds to block me. He lives like a pig –
Doesn’t clean up after himself and loves living with roaches. Do NOT RENT TO HIM
