Delhi Senior Commities I & II are 2 story buildings located in the beautiful Delaware Coty commity of Delhi, NY.
Our apartments are 1 bedroom 602 square feet with a pull-cord system, hot water heater, your own furnace and mini blinds are provided.
Our commity offers an on-site coin operated ladry room, commity room, extra storage, locked mailboxes, a service coordinator, a live-in Resident Assistant, and 24-hour emergency maintenance coverage.
