Current tenant is an older independent person living alone, in search of a live in aid/roommate for increased security and safety needs.
Tenant currently has a caregiver who comes twice a week, physical therapy, housekeeper, though we need someone to live here overnight incase she has any additional needs.
Current apartment is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, very cute apartment, fully furnished (including the bedroom for renter) in an affordable living facility. Facility is a locked, secure facility, across from the Forum shopping center. Hospital is less than one mile away. Free parking for residents.
Current tenant is very active and plays cards, but needs a roommate/aid. Tenant also has a small, very friendly kitty.
Looking for a roommate/aid, who can pass a backgrod test who is on search of a roommate. No rent needed, everything is paid for including groceries, current tenant just needs an aid who can be here in case of emergencies and to keep her company. Small cat/dog okay!
