1 month room sublet in Crown Heights (Utica Ave stop — the express train gets you to Manhattan in about 20 minutes).
The Room:
– Approximately 15 m²
– Double bed and a studio/work area
– Plenty of natural light throughout the day
The Apartment:
– Spacious, arod 90 m²
– Separate kitchen and a large living room with a big table and projector
– 1 bathroom
– Shared with my two best friends (in their late 20s, video artists)
Who We’re Looking For:
– One person or one couple
– Respectful, clean, and mindful of the space
– No parties allowed
Dates: available from 16 December – 16 January (I’m flexible, we can also negotiate different dates if it’s easier)
Price: depending on the dates, we can negotiate a small forfait for utilities.
