Hi all! I’ll be away for a few months and am subletting my peaceful, fully furnished apartment for January, February, and March (ideally the full three months, but open to discussing options & date)


-1BR / 1BA (ideal for one person or a couple)
-Fully furnished with lots of natural light
-AC, Wi-Fi, kitchen with all essentials.
-Quiet building with friendly neighbors
-Elevator & ladry in it
-Steps from the waterfront, great coffee shops, bakeries
-5–7 mins walk to G train
💸 $3500/month or $900/week (includes utilities)
This is a well-loved home that I keep very tidy, so I’m looking for someone responsible and clean who will take good care of the space while I’m away.
💸 Price & terms
Open to discussion depending on length of stay and date— preference given to someone renting the full three months.
