We’d like to spend approximately Dec 15-Jan 15 in NYC, dates flexible. Seeking private apt in downtown Manhattan. If you’re leaving town for the holidays, perfect, we’ll leave your place just like you left it. We’re in our yog 70s, live on Cape Cod but with roots, and lots of friends, in NYC.
