Smaller, one story bgalow home for rent in a cotry setting. Enjoy peace and serenity in this bright, quiet, three bedroom, 1 bathroom home.
The house is located on Scugog Island minutes outside of Port Perry. It is very close to the Great Blue Heron Casino, Lake Scugog, a large commity park with kids play area and trails nearby.
This cozy home (roughly 1,000 sq. Ft.) is perfect for a small family or working professionals all in a cotry setting.
The house was recently renovated with new floors, an updated kitchen and bathroom and has also been freshly painted. House includes fridge and stove; there is room in the kitchen for a portable dishwasher and/or a freezer if the Tenant wishes to bring these along.
There is a small front yard for the Tenants’ use with a storage shed for the lawnmower and snowblower. The landlord exclusively uses the converted shop building, the east side of the driveway, and the backyard (from the septic tank cover to the canal).
No PETS are allowed and no SMOKING permitted in or arod the house.
Tenants do not have access to the shop which is now a converted hang out space. (There is no basement or crawl space in the house.)
 The rent is $2500 per month
 Parking for 3 cars is available on the West side of the large, common driveway
 House has an air conditioner
 Property is on a septic system
 Ladry pair is available in the home
 Tenant must supply own internet
 Tenant to pay Utilities (hydro and Propane plus 50% of the cost of water softener salt).
 The property has a security system security cameras at various points in the driveway. Tenant can install a cellphone app which can access these cameras.
 House has a water softener. Tenant will be asked to add salt on a bi-weekly basis
