I’ve been living here a year, am v happy in the apartment and looking for someone to take over the other room as my roommate has to move. The apartment is a decent size, comfortable layout and furnished. The bedroom is not furnished but can be. I’m 41 have lived abroad, with roommates and without. I’m respectful and clean and looking for the same. The apt is available Nov 1 and we would sign a lease by sept 15.
