Hi there! I’m subletting my sny, furnished bedroom in a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment in Clinton Hill. The apartment is on the top floor of a modern building on Classon Ave (next to The Fly). It has central A/C, in-it ladry, a dishwasher, floor-to-ceiling windows, and access to a shared rooftop + large yard with BBQs and outdoor furniture. The bedroom would come furnished with a double bed (purchased new in Sept 2024), desk, chair, and more.
You’d be living with a yog professional in her late 20s & recent Columbia grad working at a health tech start-up. She’s clean, easygoing, and enjoys yoga, rning, and exploring the city. One friendly cat also lives here!
The apartment is near great bars and restaurants (The Fly, Doris, Aita, Sailor, Speedy Romeos) and walking distance to the A/C and G trains, buses to Downtown Brooklyn, and Prospect Park. The walk to the A/C line subway stn is 5 mins (Franklin or Clinton-Washington) and it takes 35 mins by train to get into midtown NY.
