Spend Christmas in New York City!! This New Year’s Eve, be at the heart of it all in Times Square for the Ball Drop!!!
Stay in my Manhattan apartment December 18th – January 5th. Dates are flexible, but this is a short-stay, holiday rental. No stays longer than 28 days. This is a real New York City, Pre-War apartment. (Sorry, folks: “Friends”, “Seinfeld”, and “Sex and the City” aren’t real. They were filmed in television studios.) This is a modest apartment that fits up to 2 people. I have a twin bed and a twin pull-out. This is one bedroom with a private bathroom with a tub. There is a small fridge, coffee maker, and electric tea kettle. You can control the heat and there is an air conditioner. Free WiFi. I will provide bed linens, towels, toiletries, dishes, and bottled water. (Tap water in NYC is safe and potable.) You will be at the heart of it all, within walking distance of every major tourist attraction: just blocks from Times Square, Broadway, Central Park, the shops at Columbus Circle. Walking distance to the Empire State Building, Lincoln Central, Port Authority bus terminal, Penn Station & Madison Square Garden, Grand Central Station. I am across the street from restaurants, a theatre, the ferry shuttle stop for the Midtown Ferry, and Starbucks. There is a pharmacy and 24-hour deli on one corner and 2 grocery stores on the other. The E subway, which goes directly to JFK Airport, is on the corner. The F subway, which goes to LaGuardia Airport, is 2 blocks away. You’ll be at the heart of it all!!!!
Sorry, no pets or children. Not ADA compatible (no elevator). Rod-trip plane or train ticket required.
