Hi everyone,
I’m Irene, 35 Female, tech foder and a Brooklyn native. I’m traveling on a work trip from August 17 – August 23, 2025 (with possibility for extra few days stay) and looking to rent out the apartment for those dates to a lovely individual or couple!
**The apartment**
– 1 bedroom apartment with a Queen size bed that comfortably fits two
– Large living room with a couch, TV, and dining table
– Workspace with a standing desk, monitor, keyboard and mouse.
– Bathroom
– Kitchen
**The neighborhood**
Fort Greene is a charming neighborhood with tree-lined streets filled with gorgeous NYC brownstone apartments. The apartment is situated a block from the G train (Fulton st. stop) and the A/C train (Lafayette Ave stop). A short walk away is the Atlantic Barclays station with access to major subway lines (B/Q/R/N/D/1/2/3/4/5) and the LIRR. The area is centrally located with access to coffee shops, local markets, and restaurants. Barclays center is a 15 minute walk away.
**Price**
Rent is $110 per night with a $250 security deposit that will be returned to you when I’m home and nothing is broken in the apartment.
