Opening our apartment for holiday visitor, perfect for visiting family or a winter Brooklyn getaway. Available Dec. 25-30
The sny, plant-filled apartment of two designer lovers, in a small building in a wonderful location in Park Slope—across the street from one of Brooklyn’s iconic bakeries (WINNER), two blocks from the F/G subway stop, and a short walk over to Prospect Park. Our prewar apartment is full of many charming touches, from the molding on the walls to the clawfoot bathtub. With east-facing windows, the apartment gets plenty of natural light throughout the day.
7th Ave is bustling by day and quiet by night, with everything you should need just a short walk away, including a grocery store just downstairs. There are just 6 its in the building, so everyone is friendly and respectful. There is a home office with a desk you are welcome to use. We have a double bed and a couch that sleeps one comfortably.
Note: as a prewar building this is 4th floor walk up with no elevator and no dishwasher or ladry. Sorry, we cannot allow pets.
We keep a neat space and ask our sublettor to respect our things. We will require full payment upfront plus a $200 security deposit to be returned after your stay. We will ask to meet over video call beforehand so we can get to know you and show you arod the space.
