We are currently accepting applications for our two bedroom its that are coming available in the next 30 days! To qualify for a one bedroom it, you must have enough people within your household. Total rent is based on 30% of your overall yearly income. Rent includes water/sewer, lawn care/snow removal and trash. Our complex also offers onsite maintenance personnel, onsite playgrod, onsite ladry facilities, camera security, designated smoking areas and off street parking. Unfortately, we do not accept pets, however, assisted animals are welcomed. In order to be considered for tenancy, you will need to fill out the free application and return it to our office.
