I am currently looking for a professional/student to sublet my big basement room with a half bath with access to backyard. My current roommates are both professionals and one is also in school. We are looking for someone that is in a similar situation. This is a 4/20 friendly household but we like to relax at home when we are not working or in school. We are requiring rental history or some type of proof of payment/current job. This would be month to month with a 30 days notice and 400$ deposit that you would get back before leaving.
