It has very high ceilings and large windows with a bit of blue carpet in the living room and hardwood or tile elsewhere.
Off street parking access comes with rent, as does access to shared WiFi. Recently installed heat-pump heating/cooling system provides quiet, clean, comfortable temp control

Comes furnished with a King size bed. Kitchen is small, but useful for the basics: full size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and deep sink. Bathroom has a glass encased shower.
Tenant pays utilities. Ladry is offsite. Ladromat is one block down, same side of the road, across from best local coffee shop!
