Our neighborhood is bordered by Industry City to the West, Bay Ridge to the South, and Park Slope to the North. It is the entire level of our brick townhouse, totally private & for the guests exclusive use. Ideal for 1 guest and 2 maximum (no exceptions). Its features include a fully equipped kitchen/dining area, living room, wireless Internet, bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a bedroom with queen size bed.
For the NYC, we are only a few blocks to transportation (N express/R local metro) which will have you in Lower Manhattan (Union Sq) in about 30/35 minutes and Midtown (Times Square) in 45 minutes. JFK/LGA are both about 40 minutes away by cab and will cost $566-75.
Lastly as we are active landlords and live in the building we must stress that this is a peaceful home and although most guests are aware of house etiquette – the very few who aren’t have made it necessary for us to stipulate house rules as follows:
NO excessive loud noises (TV, Music, etc.)
NO wearing shoes inside the apartment (our antique floors, make noise very audible between levels – hence this rule)
NO extra guests
NO smoking
NO pets
Treat the apartment with care & consideration
Respect other guests
Honor our ‘QUIET HOURS’ between 11 p.m. (23:00) and 7 a.m. (07:00).
