The space is fully renovated and is a full-floor Holistic Wellness Practitioner Suite. This Office is located on 46th between 5th and 6th avenue.

This suite boasts beautiful wood floors, a private bathroom located in-office and storage in each room. This full-floor suite is directly off the elevator and is a perfect spot for someone looking to grow their business alongside other wellness professionals.
Part-Time Reception services are included in rent (depending on which days you rent) as well administrative support including things like – greeting clients, distributing new intake forms, and answering questions. For a small additional fee social media support and asset creation for your own channels as well as monthly highlight on our own channels, practitioner inclusion in newsletters, and more can be added. We can connect you with marketing assistance if you would like.
OFFICE B – approximately 110 square feet -Available Tues, Wed, Saturday and S. Large window lots of light. Includes a massage table and cart and stool. Cabinet storage. Daily rate is $125 per day. $1000 for 2 days per week per month and $1500 for 3 days per week per month.
Office D available Saturdays. Two windows very quiet. 120 sq feet with a massage table, cart, stool, and oversized chair. Closet storage. $125 per day.
Office E available full time. 100 square feet. Has a stool, cart and window. Very quiet. $2000 per month.
