overlooking Riverside Park and the Hudson River. BEAUTIFUL VIEW! For someone who needs to be in NYC for ONLY PART of the MONTH — for a few days, up to one week, each month or for a few days twice a month. You live somewhere else but work or school brings you into the city on a steady basis. Rate about $125 – $150/day depending on your stay. Or will just rent out as needed.

It’s a lovely pre-war DOORMAN/ELEVATOR building, very well maintained, with an elegant lobby in a great safe neighborhood.
The room is very private with a Queen size bed, dresser, desk. Wifi, A/C, Cable TV.

Very accessible for transportation — local and express subway nearby (2 stops to Times Square) and crosstown bus for East Side.
