overlooking Riverside Park and the Hudson River. BEAUTIFUL VIEW. Very private.
For ONE PERSON. Better than any hotel or Airbnb. Cheaper, view, very clean! Would like to keep your stay for a week or less.
Towels and linens provided. Female preferred but will rent to male, also. Share apartment with 1 mature female.
It’s a lovely pre-war DOORMAN/ELEVATOR building, very well maintained, with an elegant lobby in a great safe neighborhood.
The room has sparse lovely decor (like a hotel room!) with a Queen size bed, dresser, desk. Wifi, A/C, Cable TV.
First picture, your balcony. Other pictures are of your space, your view, and the shared kitchen and bathroom.
Very accessible for transportation — local and express subway nearby (2 stops to Times Square) and crosstown bus for East Side.
