The landlords are artists and have lived in the main house next door for over 40 years. Several outdoor sculptures, including a “sculpture island,” are situated arod the property.
The landlords and neighboring tenants are private, quiet, and respectful of others.
Tenant is responsible for heat (natural gas) and electric, and WiFi. Tenant may install A/C it with landlords’ consent. Landlord pays water/sewer/garbage and snow removal.
Well-behaved pets are welcome at landlords’ discretion with nonrefdable $500 pet fee. No ladry facilities on the premises.
Lease is for one year.
