overlooking Riverside Park and the Hudson River. Your room has a BEAUTIFUL VIEW. Very private.
For ONE PERSON. Better than any hotel or Airbnb. Cheaper, view, very clean! Would like to keep your stay for a week or less. Not available this month 1/26/25 – 1/28/15.
Towels and linens provided. Female preferred but will rent to male, also. Share apartment with 1 mature female.
GREAT FOR TRANSPORTATION — near local and express subway (2 stops to Times Square) and crosstown bus for East Side.
It’s a lovely pre-war DOORMAN/ELEVATOR building, very well maintained, with an elegant lobby in a great safe neighborhood.
The room has sparse lovely decor (like a hotel room!) with a Queen size bed, dresser, desk. Wifi, A/C, Cable TV.
First picture, your balcony. Other pictures are of your space, your view, and the shared kitchen and bathroom.
