Beautiful pole barn for rent located on rt 5 in Vernon NY. I have owned this location for 20 years. It is directly across the road from the Black Stallion Restaurant for those of you who know where that is. For the first 18 years I owned this property I stored my classic cars in here. I could fit 6 very large old cars in here. For the last 2 years it has been rented out to a business that put ceramic coatings on automobiles. The success of this location allowed them to move to any even bigger location in Manlius. The property is on a well and it also has an inside tank you can see in the video if you want to have purified water delivered. It has heat and Air-Conditioning. It has everything you need to either store cars as I did for 18 years or to open your own business. It stays very very dry inside and does not have any humidity problems.
