APPLICATION PROCESS
1) I will provide you with an electronic copy of a basic rental application and lease template.
2) Submit the completed application in electronic form.
3) Submit a copy of government photo id (driver’s license, passport, etc.).
4)) When your application is processed and I will notify you of approval, or not. If approved, I will place the it on a 24 hour curtesy hold in order for you to sign the lease and pay the minimum 1/ security deposit. I will email a copy of the final lease agreement/invoice for you to read, initialize and sign. Contained in the lease agreement are payment details.
6) Total move in security deposit and the first month’s rent must be paid in full before you take possession of the it.
