Hi! I’m looking for a roommate for my 2 bedroom apartment.This is avail to start now thru Feb 1. I prefer longterm but depending on fit may consider less. It is the whole 2nd floor, big, light-filled, with hardwood floors and high ceilings. Rooms are on opposite side of the space, with a sizable living room in between us. There is a kitchen, with a lot of cabinet space, and the bathroom has a tub. Shared utilities: Con Ed, internet and gas, (about $100 each person) – the rest is included in the rent
The room available is large, and it includes a small ante-room/office (has an AC for warmer months.)

The area is great, commity-oriented, there is proximity to all here, in addition to peace and quiet (both in and out of the apartment), There are a lot of artists in the area, as well as cute shops, supermarkets, restaurants/bars & organic stores; we are also about 2 blocks from Bushwick. Right outside there are tables and chairs. The L & M are close (@ Halsey, Forest & Myrtle Wyckoff (buses are frequent in each direction as well.)About 20 minutes drive to JFK and La Guardia airports, which is also helpful.
I’m a female artist who is also a freelance teacher/editor. I’m responsible, and appreciate having a good relationship with my roommate, (so commicating, collaborating, respecting bodaries, etc ).I go out, and am pretty quiet at home. I’m on the neater side of things, but not super uptight. I’m LGBT/sober friendly, for sure, and definitely altogether looking for the same. I’m not into drama; this is a positive, serene, creative space. There is only one other apartment in this quiet apt bldg. Sorry No couples, dogs can visit, a cat may be possible, (i have one.) overall pls be an animal lover 🙂
