The apartment is located on the first floor of a secure, family-friendly neighborhood, just one block from the park. The park features a public outdoor swimming pool open during the summer months. Convenient amenities like ladromats, bodegas, mini-marts, and grocery stores are close by. The area offers a variety of dining options within walking distance, including coffee cafes, bars, and restaurants serving Asian, Hispanic, and Turkish cuisines. Industry City is only a 15-minute walk away, where you’ll find a mix of historic indoor and outdoor spaces with shopping, bars, and restaurants. The location is near Gowanus Bay, part of NYC’s Upper Bay. Our apartment is an 8-minute stroll to the D train at 9th Ave station, or a 13-minute walk to the R, N, and D trains at 36th St station.
