33yo male songwriter / poet / preschool teacher looking for:
– private room up to $1200/mo including utilities
– move-in date between now & Nov 26
– month to month or year lease
– Bushwick/Ridgewood/Bed Stuy neighborhoods for proximity to the music scene
I’m prioritizing vibe in this move & would love to coexist peacefully with some other creatives for a year or two til I can level up to my own place. As a songwriter, my music-making is always within reasonable and respectful limits of time and volume. I have always established open commication and good dynamics with roomies on this and never had problems with neighbors.
I’m typically out of the house M-F from arod 7a-5p between two teaching jobs. Very active in the music & poetry scene so out 3 or 4 evenings doing that or exploring the city. If I’m not writing or making music at home I’m just reading, meditating, making meals, chillin. I’m a super clean, mellow, and responsible roommate & value open commication & drama-free spaces.
