One Eyed Studios at 1639 Centre St, Ridgewood, is the perfect place to claim your creative home. Bordering Ridgewood and Bushwick, a burgeoning, semi-industrial area that features a lively artistic spirit, the neighborhood was recently voted one of the coolest neighborhoods by Time Out New York.

Featuring 190 private and lockable, individual studios in a 55,000 sqft beautifully converted industrial space, you will become a part of a creative and ambitious hub, located der one roof.
Our studios range from 100 sq ft to 300 sq ft and are specifically designed to fulfill your creative needs, redefining a new standard for creative spaces in the artistic commity. All our studios offer natural daylight through big, industrial windows or our specially designed skylights that bathe our spaces with light.
The building is easily accessible by train on the Halsey L and Myrtle/Wyckoff M stops, and by car via the Jack Robinson Highway with ample street parking. Nearby storage companies allow your creative spill to be situated within walking distance of your creative home.
Several local bars and restaurants also populate the area, including Queens Brewery for live jazz, Bonus Room for cheap drinks and bar games, and Trans-Pecos for concerts and its expansive backyard. Rockella Space was conceived in 2017 out of a personal need for an affordable studio space and a grand dream of building out the perfect, light-filled studio complex. Today, Rockella Space occupies two factory buildings in Brooklyn, and one in Queens, offering over 300 creative spaces to the commity that all retain an industrial aesthetic, old-world charm, and architectural hints to the history of the previous creative lives they once hosted.
