This is a part-time role in exchange for reduced rent. Rental reduction will be based on skills and experience.

Key responsibilities:
Maintenance & Repair: Perform general repairs including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
​Mechanical Systems: Monitor and maintain boilers, HVAC systems, and elevators; perform routine preventative maintenance.
​Property Upkeep: Ensure all common areas, hallways, and exterior grods are clean and well-lit.
​Vendor Management: Supervise external contractors (pest control, major repairs, etc.) and ensure work is completed to standard.
