overlooking Riverside Park and the Hudson River. Beautiful view. In Manhattan, Upper West Side. Great neighborhood. And very easy to get anywhere!
Available for ONE PERSON. Ideally looking for one person who needs it one week every month. Can be more or less or for one time. You live somewhere else but need to be in NYC maybe each month for a short amot of time.
It’s a lovely pre-war DOORMAN/ELEVATOR building, very well maintained, with an elegant lobby in a great safe neighborhood.
The room is very private with a Queen size bed, dresser, desk. Wifi, A/C, Cable TV.
Share apartment with 1 mature female.
First picture, your balcony. Other pictures are of your space, your view, and the shared kitchen and bathroom.
Very accessible for transportation — local and express subway nearby (2 stops to Times Square) and crosstown bus for East Side.
