This second story studio includes heat. You will need to pay your own electric. Even though this building is in the cotry it does have access to Spectrum cable. No pets allowed here however documented service animals with the correct paperwork are welcome. No smoking is allowed anywhere inside of this building. A one-year lease is required. A one-month security deposit along with first month rent is needed. References from past rentals and a decent credit score are required. An application may be emailed to you or you may pick up one in person at our rental office located at 182 Mill Street in Canandaigua. Tom Fathergill’s office is open Monday thru Friday from 1:30PM til 5PM.
