Room available in a three bedroom, one bath apartment. There will be two other roommates. I am a female, actor and audiobook narrator, with a cat. The apartment is spacious and well laid out. Steps to Prospect Park in Brooklyn. The room is available beginning November 15th.

THE ROOM
Good size at 9×12. Large south facing window. We are on the top floor so the room gets lots of s. It has a closet with 2 full size deep shelves with lots of vertical space. The walls are well constructed and block noise pretty well.
THE APARTMENT
Huge open kitchen and living room with ample cupboard space, excellent are conditioner, big windows. Everything was renovated about 5 years ago so the decor is modern and fctional. However there is no ladry in the building and we are on the fourth floor with no elevator so you will want to take that into accot.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Steps to Prospect Park at the Q train Parkside Avenue stop. There are lots of great places to get coffee and brch. Ladromats on every corner with wash and fold. A great grocery store within walking distance on Lincoln Road. There’s a great yoga place nearby at Yoga Tribe Brooklyn. A gym. Bars. Lots of neighborhood events and commity in the area.
YOUR ROOMMATES
Audiobook narrator. Animal lover. Works a lot. Clean. Friendly. I like movies, Magic: The Gathering, and silliness. The cat is a very senior lady with diabetes and bad legs. She mostly stays in the bedroom. She enjoys people and is extremely gentle. She does NOT like dogs so please no other pets except cats.
YOU
Work. Peaceful. Drama free. Clean up after yourself without needing someone to prompt you. Understand that bodaries are important not mean. Respect other people’s property and space, like, if it ain’t yours leave it alone. Understand and accept that subletting means, yes, you don’t have the full responsibility of the lease, but you’re also not in charge.
QUALIFYING
Must qualify with appropriate income and credit per landlord requirements. Your contract is a month-to-month sublease with me, the tenant. Either party may cancel the sublease with 30 days written notice. One month security deposit, refdable at move out. $50 application fee. Must be approved by landlord. Cats ok. Dogs please no. Sorry, the cat in charge is too old.
