I purchased this CO-OP in 2016. It is located in Kew Gardens Hills. I immediately gutted the apartment and renovated it. I valued privacy, my own entrance, not a shared entrance/hallway, no doorman. Easy to get on any highway, very nice area, ample parking. The village also has 24 hour security. This rent includes water, heat but does not include electric or internet. I currently have Verizon Fios which is about 60. I will also include with the rent the use of my furniture. My mattress is a high quality mattress that is over 2,000! 2 months security required of course.
