There are 2 female persons already living in the apartment. They are working in professional roles. Everyone is nice and respectful in the apartment. The apartment is furnished and very clean. There is a closet in the room. We have a kitchen for small uses, only for quick cooking.
The room and the bathroom receive plenty of slight during the day. “It has an open and beautiful street view. Also, the room has a wardrobe. “A study table, chair, and twin-size bed are included. The building is also very clean.
The area is very safe and quiet. The location is next to Avenue M train Station for the Q train, and it is 2 min walk from the apt. Also, There is another train station on Kings Highway (B train and Q train) which is a 7 to 12-minute walk from the apartment. There are lots of restaurants and shopping places arod the apt. for example; T. J. Maxx 7 eleven, Starbucks, Dkin’ Donuts, many restaurants arod it etc. there is 24 hours open Restaurant and Grocery store as well. Brooklyn College is 20 minutes from the apt. There are 3 different fitness centers about 10 minutes away.
*The ladry is in the building.
*Utilities are included, including basic necessities such as toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, and cleaning products for common areas.
*Deposit to move in $775 and the rent is $775 (including electricity, gas and the internet, toilet papers)
*No shoes in the apartment; you may use slippers indoors.
