I have land out in Deerfild PA in the Allegheny Motains that I am offering as trade . This trade would be a quit claim deed which will transfer ownership instantly . Taxes are caught up , no building permits required in that area or inspections. This is an open parcel without utilities . The property borders state gamelands, the Allegheny River is a rock throw away (literally) and there is a creek on the property .
