It needs interior painting and cleaning and some new carpet. If I get it ready, the rent will be $1200 plus security deposit or fer. If you are willing to do the work, I can skip the security deposit and will supply the contractor paint (white) and carpet replacement where the carpets cannot be cleaned enough. Because of the lead paint I cannot rent to a tenant who has kids yoger than 4 years old. Pets have been a problem in the past but if you do the clean up including the carpets (with my rug doctor) and painting, I will allow a pet with a pet deposit. The house is also for sale and the tenant will have first priority in buying the house. The more work you put into the house, the more I can give you credit for towards the down payment on the house if you decide to buy.
