Hello!

I’m John (he/him), I’m 39 and looking to rent! I’m open to any 1-bedroom, studio apartment, or room for rental with good roommates in Manhattan, Brooklyn, or Queens.
I am very clean, respectful, and kind. I’ve been a photographer for 10 years and absolutely love the work I do now for the city. I love coffee and conversation. I love music, art, movies, and hearing people’s stories. Would love to live with people that are great to hang with from time to time.
My ideal budget for rent is no more than $1200 per month, but to be honest I’m in a season of wanting to save so the cheaper the better. My current lease is up September 6th, and I’d love to have a place lined up by then.
I’m going through a divorce and have a beautiful daughter I visit on the weekends, it would be great to live somewhere safe that she could come stay with me every other weekend. She’s 2, very fny, very cute, and very smart.
