Hello!
I’m John (he/him), I’m 38 and looking to rent! I’m open to any 1-bedroom, studio apartment, or room for rental with good roommates in Manhattan or Brooklyn. Furnished would be great, but not a must have.
I am very clean, respectful, and kind. I’ve been a photographer for 10 years and absolutely love the work I do now for the city. I love coffee and conversation. I love music, art, movies, and hearing people’s stories. Would love to live with people that are great to hang with from time to time.
My ideal budget for rent is probably at least $800 and no more than $1300 per month. I’m somewhat flexible about move in dates, and looking for something long term.
I’m going through a divorce and have a beautiful daughter I visit on the weekends. It’s been a tough couple of years, but I have a lot to be grateful for. I just would really like to save money as best as I can and have some time to figure out plans for the long term future.
