Bought by current owner for $1,000 in October of 2024. The property is right across the street from the police station. You do not want to be in this house without a mask on. House has been abandoned since a fire in 2014. Fire destroyed most of the second floor, there are holes in the roof and windows are missing. Rain has been coming in for over 10 years. Pigeons have taken over the house, and the house is full of bird waste and bird corpses. A previous owner tried to clean it up, so there is a lot of construction trash in the back yard, which is completely overgrown. Second floor is also completely rotted away. You can’t walk up there safely. There is even a tree growing on the second floor because that is how long it has been exposed to the weather.
