This fully furnished home offers everything you would need for your stay. It is a 3-bedroom 1.5 bath (1/2 bath is downstairs in the ladry as seen in pics) home has a fully finished (just not furnished) basement with an extra room, ½ acre fenced in yard, and large 1 car garage.
Currently, Queen sized beds in the two rooms, and a bk bed in the third. We can make appropriate accommodations as needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and everything you would need. The oven is electric and a large French door refrigerator and microwave, dishwasher.
Some utilities included as well as snow removal and lawn services.
Must be credit approved and applicable income ratio to the cost of rent.
