Due to three terrible experiences in the past, we will no longer rent to students or groups of roommates such as friends. We are currently seeking families, singles, or couples as tenants. The monthly rent is $2800/mo, but we are willing to lower it to $2700/mo for tenants who sign a 24-month lease. Thank you for your derstanding

Tenant are responsible for the following utilities: Water, Natural Gas, Hydro and Hot water tank rental (Depending on your usage, budget between $200-$300/mo for a family of four). Tenants would also agree for doing/hiring the snow removal in winter, and mowing the grass periodically from May to October. Parking available for 2 cars.
House comes with the following appliances: SS Stove, SS Fridge, SS Dishwasher, Washer and Dryer.
Tenant agrees to backgrod screening with credit score, last month rent deposit required upon signin the lease.
