**We have a new vacancy this summer! One room will be open July 1 and the other September 1**
For Sept 1, $1599/month: 2 rooms in Luxury 3BR; Hi rise elevator building, dishwasher, onsite ladry, fitness center, walk-in closet, balcony, steps from express subway and metro north, walking distance to Columbia University, Central Park.
I have lived in this Harlem apartment since 2023 and this year I have renewed for at least another year. I have one vacancy in the apartment but I have lived here for years and I have loved it here, so I think you will too!
Seeking 2 roommates to fill this exceptional hi rise apartment in Harlem. Pristine, newly renovated space with clean floors, white walls, and one of the best views of uptown NYC available. From your balcony view Central Park, Columbia University, the George Washington Bridge, and the beautiful Hudson Valley.
The apartment will be completely clean and essentially yours as I typically live out of my bedroom and keep to myself when I’m not working. Each room has its own AC, and floor to ceiling closets. There are also 3 closets in the shared areas of the apartment for clothing, linens, and a massive walk-in storage closet that is almost big enough to sleep in!
I have lived in New York for over 30 years, and this apartment ranks among the best when it comes to air quality, city views, subway access, and commute times to the rest of Manhattan & the outer boroughs. There is a ladromat in the building as well as a fitness center with treadmills and weights. I also have an exercise bike that I am willing to share for an paralleled spin almost 30 stories up.
I am open to any kind of person living here, including LGBTQIA+ and I simply ask that you be respectful of the bodaries of the house and the privacy of its inhabitants. This is a peaceful place to live and although I don’t bring the party home you’re free to live as you wish while here.
Ideal for:
– Working professionals seeking a tranquil living space with a great commute
– Students looking for off campus housing without compromising comfort
– New Yorkers who want a spacious home with room for electric vehicles
Transport:
– 3 short blocks to Express 4/5/6 trains (10 minutes to midtown, 25 minutes to Brooklyn)
– 5-10 minute walk to 2/3 trains
– 125th St A train accessible by walking or crosstown bus
3 blocks to Metro North 125th Street (fastest time to upstate in the entire city)
– 25 minutes or less to AMTRAK via 4 / 5 express trains
Must submit credit check and application to be considered. First month’s rent and one month security due upon signing. To clarify, this is a sublet, so you will NOT be bod by a lease if you decide to live here. I prefer a longer stay, but as long as you can show you are able to pay for your time here I am open to discussing how to make this work for you. (Rent negotiable)
