The nicest thing about the complex is the people that live here. A mix of retirees, yog families and divorced individuals make for a warm, comfortable mixed commity.
The other benefit of living at Windmill Courts is that no one lives above or below your apartment. The its are all side by side. So, the noise factor is typical a non issue. The complex seems to be consistently very quiet.
