This is a 2 bedroom apartment located in a multi family. There is plenty of parking, and a large back yard for outdoor activities. We are looking for a very quiet tenant for this building. There is 2 washer and 2 dryers in a ladry room that are included in the rent. new windows, siding and insulation have been installed in the last few years. All appliances and heat are are electric.
