We are renting out our spare bedroom in Hollywood, CA. It comes with a private bathroom and balcony. The room is currently furnished but can be removed upon request. The apartment complex has a jacuzzi, a yoga room, a gym, a library, a conference room, and a loge area.
A bit about us, we are a woman and male professional couple. Both of us work at UCLA. We love traveling and eating at nice restaurants. When we are at home we like to watch movies or read books or do some DIY projects. We are really friendly and love having people over.
