Due to family changes, I need to transfer my lease and move to a larger place. The lease start date is flexible, I only require approximately two weeks’ notice before you move in.

Rent: $3156 (excluding electricity) (JSQ rents are generally rising; we signed a two-year lease, and for this apartment size, this price is very reasonable)
Note regarding parking: I have a lease for a parking spot (best for sedans or hatchbacks) a 10 minute walk from the building which I can also transfer to you, it is $160 a month.
