The space:
This a two story, grod floor duplex conveniently located in the residential section of Williamsburg, Brooklyn, a five minute walk to the Lorimer L train and a fifteen minute walk to the Bedford stop.
The space is professionally cleaned on every Saturday and the cleaning person can do your ladry too for an additional $50/week.
The space has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom (2 upstairs, 2 downstairs, with one bath per floor). I occupy the entire upstairs. The kitchen features all cookware and a brand new Breville espresso machine, grinder, Chemex.
We keep the place well stocked with all the essentials and you’re welcome to use my coffee beans.
You’ll have access to the shared kitchen and living/dining area upstairs (I rarely cook). There is also a ladry room in the basement of the building. It takes coins. There is also a peloton in the downstairs shared space you’re welcome to use- just need cycling shoes!
While I am generally out of the apartment during the day time, I am generally available by phone/text to answer questions and help you!
